Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Rs. 250 nationwide

• Free Shipping: Available on selected products and promotional offers (where applicable).

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your parcel.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share your order number along with clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
